Replacement and Return Policy

At Jovial, we believe that tastes vary, so you can try the fragrance and if you don't like it, you can request a return or replacement as long as the shipment is intact, in its original condition, and without any damage by contacting us via WhatsApp.

To request a product exchange or return, please send the following information:


– Order number

- Specify the process “exchange/return”

- Replacement item “in case of exchange”


Terms and conditions for replacement and return for the Gold Guarantee:


The period allowed for return and replacement is 3 days from receipt of the order.


The product must be in its original condition and all contents must be present.


The brand packaging must be attached to the product and must be intact and undamaged. A video will be requested for clarification, and if it becomes apparent upon return that the packaging is damaged, the cost of the packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.


Operating costs will be deducted from the customer's shipping and handling fees. The amount will be deducted from the refund amount in the case of returns and exchanges (24 riyals for Red Box and 45 riyals for SMSA). (Replacements will be transferred via bank transfer before the policy is issued.)


In the event of an error by the store in one of the products, such as receiving a perfume different from the order or leakage, the customer will be compensated and their problem will be resolved as soon as possible, provided that they contact us within (one day) from the date of receipt of the shipment.

# Please note that:


If the customer wishes to cancel the order or does not receive the shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


If the shipment is not received by the customer, the shipping costs and payment gateway fees (Redbox 17 SAR - SMSA 34 SAR) will be deducted.


If the exchange or return is approved, the shipping label will be sent to the customer, who will then deliver the order to the nearest branch of the shipping company.


The order must be delivered to the shipping company branch within two days of the label's issuance date to avoid cancellation of the return or exchange request.


Free items sent with the order or (sample offers) cannot be exchanged or returned.


Free shipping does not include returns or exchanges. If the customer requests a return or exchange, they will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.


You will be informed of the return process and assisted directly upon receipt of your order and verification of the condition of the products and their accessories.


If a replacement item is unavailable, you will be contacted at the phone number provided with your order.


Orders paid for via Tabby, Tamara, and stc pay will be refunded using the same payment methods.


The store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if the perfumes are unavailable or if there is a technical issue.


The return process for perfumes by the shipping company takes 3-8 business days.


The process of refunding money takes (7-14 business days) from the date we receive the order from the shipping company.
